1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Operator Circle platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Operator Circle is a private introduction service that facilitates confidential introductions between qualified business operators and private capital providers. We are not an investment company, broker, financial adviser, fund manager or regulated financial services provider.

2. Nature of Services

Operator Circle provides introduction services only. Specifically:

  • We facilitate introductions between operators and investors
  • We do not provide financial advice or investment recommendations
  • We do not receive, hold or manage investor funds
  • We do not negotiate investment terms on behalf of any party
  • We do not guarantee funding outcomes or investment success

3. Membership and Access

Access to the Operator Circle platform is by invitation only. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Membership may be revoked at any time for breach of these terms or conduct unbecoming of the network's standards.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared through the platform is strictly confidential. Members agree not to disclose any information about other members, investors or introductions without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of membership.

5. Fees

Operator Circle does not charge upfront fees. Professional success fees may become payable following a successful investor introduction. Fee terms will be communicated separately and must be agreed in writing before any introduction is made.

6. Limitation of Liability

Operator Circle accepts no liability for the outcome of any introduction, investment decision, negotiation, contract or transaction between parties. Both parties are solely responsible for conducting their own legal, financial and commercial due diligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
